Refund policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Tini Kids provides a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have the option to get your items exchanged or refunded (in case of a defect). To exchange or refund your item, simply return the package to our address. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund accordingly.

In case of a refund, delivery charges for both sides will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining amount will be refunded through EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, or JazzCash.

The exchange process may take 5–7 working days, and an additional Rs. 300 exchange delivery charge will apply.

Note: No return or exchange will be possible for SALE items, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

All products purchased from Tini Kids can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and unwashed. Please follow the recommended washing instructions.

  • The item does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from the product ordered.

  • You must notify Tini Kids within 7 days of delivery if you want to raise an exchange or return request.

  • In case of a defective, faulty, damaged, or wrong item, a replacement will be provided after verification.

  • You may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the defective or incorrect item before the claim can be processed.

  • The customer must return the merchandise through a traceable courier service at their own expense, unless the item received was wrong, damaged, or defective.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the  return products. Rs 200 is deducted for delivery charges in case of refund.                                                                                                                                               

Tini Kids reserves the right to reject an exchange or return request if the product has been used, washed, damaged, stained, or does not meet the above conditions.
