SHIPPING POLICY

At Tini Kids, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for complete delivery information.

1. Delivery Charges

We charge a flat Rs. 200 delivery fee on all orders across Pakistan.

2. Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be processed and dispatched on the same day through a registered courier service.

3. Orders After 6:00 PM

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

4. Sundays & Public Holidays

Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's national/public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

5. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 2–4 working days.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays.

During busy shopping seasons, promotional campaigns or mega sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

6. Delivery Address

We deliver orders to the home or office address provided by you when placing your order.

Please make sure that your name, phone number and complete delivery address are correct to avoid delivery delays.

7. Delivery Attempts

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.

All deliveries may require confirmation or acknowledgment upon receipt. Our courier partner may make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided by you.

If the order cannot be delivered after the available attempts, the parcel may be returned to Tini Kids.

8. Self-Collection & Areas With Limited Courier Service

For self-collection orders or addresses where we believe courier service may not be readily available, Tini Kids may require advance payment before dispatch or collection arrangements are confirmed.

9. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, sale events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
