For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the delivery person at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Tini Kids is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, customs or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure that your name, phone number and complete delivery address are correct when placing an order.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery will be subject to the courier's procedures and timelines.
If an order is returned to Tini Kids because the customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address or is unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery or return charges may apply where applicable.
